Terms of service

The agreement between you and us, in plain words.

Last updated 3 September 2026

When these terms apply

From the moment you buy or use a CatchOn TV subscription. Paying for a plan means you accept them.

What you receive

Access to television delivered over the internet for the period you paid for, on the number of screens your plan allows. The login is issued after payment and is for your use alone.

What we ask of you

  • Keep the login to yourself. Sharing it beyond the screen count on your plan can close the account without a refund.
  • Use it at home. No public showing, no resale.
  • No copying, recording or passing on of anything the service streams.
  • A WhatsApp number that works, so the login reaches you and so does the renewal reminder.

Availability

The service runs around the clock, though no internet service is immune to maintenance or upstream trouble. A short interruption does not qualify for a refund. An outage lasting days does, under the refund policy.

Your own internet

HD needs about 15 Mbps and 4K about 25 Mbps. A slow or unstable line is your provider's to fix and is not covered by the refund policy.

Content

CatchOn TV provides access to streams and neither produces, owns nor stores the programming on them. Confirming that watching is lawful where you live is up to you.

Ending the agreement

Stop at any time by not renewing. If you break these terms the account closes with nothing refunded. A login shared beyond its screen count or resold is the usual reason.

Changes

These terms can change. The date under the heading marks the last edit, and a change applies from the day it is published.
