Holding channels back to push a bigger plan is a trick we do not run. A higher price buys more screens at once, and a longer plan lowers the monthly cost. The VIP plan adds free months and the player licence on top. That is the whole difference.

Seven regions worldwide, with North America carrying the US traffic so the stream has a short road to your TV. The VPN in every plan keeps the login working on a trip abroad.
When you need help
Write to the WhatsApp number you ordered from. The same person checks the stream, moves you to a healthy server, or sends the fix for your player, in that one conversation.
