How to report a copyright concern, and what we do with it.

Last updated 3 September 2026

Where we stand

CatchOn TV resells access to streams operated by third parties. Nothing is stored, recorded or broadcast by us, and what those operators transmit is not our decision.

Copyright matters here. Anyone who owns or represents a right in material reachable through this service can send a notice and will get a reply.

What a valid notice contains

We can act on a notice only when it carries all of the following:

  • Your full name and postal address, plus an email address or a phone number we can reach you on.
  • The work you say is infringed.
  • The exact material at issue, described well enough for us to find it.
  • Your good-faith statement that neither the rights holder, an agent, nor the law permits this use.
  • A statement that the notice is accurate and that you own the right or act for whoever does.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Where to send it

Post it to CatchOn TV, 615 Palisade Rd, Union, NJ 07083, USA, or send it through the contact page. A notice missing any item above is returned so it can be completed.

What happens next

A complete notice is passed to the operator behind the stream and access is blocked on our side where we can. Since nothing sits on our servers, that operator carries out the removal itself.

Counter-notice

If you believe something was removed in error, send a counter-notice with your contact details, a description of the material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.

Repeat complaints

An account that draws repeated valid complaints is closed.
