CatchOn TV operates from 615 Palisade Rd, Union, NJ 07083, USA. This policy covers catchonstv.co and every subscription ordered through it.
What we keep
- Your WhatsApp number, and a first name if you give one.
- The plan you bought, with its start and end dates.
- Anonymous visit counts from Google Analytics.
Card numbers never reach us. Nothing you watch is tracked.
Why we keep it
- To create the subscription and send the login.
- To answer questions and help when something needs a fix.
- To send one reminder before the plan runs out, only if you asked for it.
- To see which pages are read, so the site gets better.
Who else sees it
Nobody, for marketing. Your details reach the web host, Google Analytics and the panel that issues the login. That is the full list.
For how long
Order records stay for the life of the plan and a reasonable period afterwards, for renewals and refunds. Analytics data is anonymous and expires by itself.
Your rights
Ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, in one WhatsApp message. State privacy laws such as the CCPA give you these rights and nothing here narrows them.
Cookies
Analytics cookies only, to count visits. They cannot identify you, and blocking them changes nothing on the site.
