Refund policy

Ask at any point in the 60 days after paying and the full amount is returned. No reason needed, no form to fill.

Send one WhatsApp message with the word refund and the username on the account. The order is found and the refund processed right away.

The money goes back on its own if any of these happen:

• The login did not arrive within the time we promised.
• One order was charged twice.
• We asked you to confirm a payment and got no reply within 7 days.
• The amount received was below the order total and the difference was not paid within 7 days.

• The purchase is older than 60 days.

An approved refund goes back to the payment method used for the order, usually the same day. When it shows on your statement depends on your bank, typically two to five business days.

Your rights under state and federal consumer law sit above this policy. Whichever gives you more applies.
